Fort Bend Triple 'R' (Regional, Revolving, Resilience) Loan Program

Fort Bend County Application will be open from - June 22nd, 2026 at 12:00 PM CT, through July 24th, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT.

H-GALDC is excited to offer this business loan program in partnership with Fort Bend County.

Triple 'R' helps finance startups and existing businesses work towards recovery, resilience, and growth.

Eligible small businesses may apply for one of the loan options below.

Fort Bend Triple 'R' Loan Application

How to Apply?

Application Process:

You only need one application per business. Applications for the loan programs will be randomly selected to continue through to the next step in the funding process

Applicants who are selected to move to the next phase will be asked for additional documentation, such as

Two years of business tax returns
Most recent business financial statements
Personal financial statements
One year of projections

Eligible applications with all requested documents will be reviewed for business viability and/or creditworthiness. We will notify approved applicants of our funding decision.

Loan Details & Eligibility

Purpose of Loan:

Support disadvantaged or underserved businesses
Serve the Fort Bend County Business Community

Loan Eligibility:

Existing businesses in Fort Bend County
Residents of Fort Bend County seeking business financing or technical assistance
Business net worth must be less than $15M and average less than $5M in net income

Loan Structure:

Fixed interest rates as low 4%
5-10 year terms
