SBA 504 Loan

SBA 504 Loan Program loans offer lower, fixed interest rates and 25-year repayment terms. Projects include fixed assets and typically range from $500,000 up to $10 million.

The Business Loan Fund offers loans with 10-year repayment terms for real estate, construction, equipment, and working capital with a minimum interest rate of 4%. Projects typically range from $100,000 to $300,000.
