Founded in the early 1980’s by the Houston-Galveston Area Council, the Houston-Galveston Area Local Development Corporation is licensed throughout Texas as an SBA 504 Loan Program certified development company (CDC). We support economic development through low-cost, fixed rate commercial/industrial real estate financing to expanding small businesses under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) SBA 504 Loan Program.
